Ordered a game day jersey and website boasted 3-day shipping. I received a confirmation e-mail after order but no shipping tracking #. I followed up a week after order and replied to original confirmation email as instructed since phone number appears to direct straight to voicemail. I received a response a day later from a hotmail address which is concerning. On top of that, the person that responded, "Ruby", said they needed a few more days to complete order and to "please be more patient". I had only inquired (politely) for an update on order and a tracking number. This created more concern for me. At this point, I am assuming my money is gone and no Bears jersey is coming. My bigger concern is the potential access to my credit card info and my email address being shared or sold. Wish I could find more info online about this company...
