I ordered two Bears jerseys as Christmas gifts. I did receive an order number 2313 and printed a copy. I have yet to get an email from this company confirming the order or if it was being shipped. I have sent 2 emails in the past week and I have called them numerous times only to have an answering machine pick up and I have left messages. My account was charged this amount with the details of purchase terminal 75546633 Bird-E online Store Beijing. I will wait one more week before I try to get my money back through my bank.
