I applied for the credit through Why Not Lease It on 12-09-13, on 12-20-13 went to Kmart for my purchase and was informed Why Not Lease It systems were down. I was told that for 3 days. Finally I reached out to the company via telephone and customer service said there systems are working. Called Kmart and told the store manager in West Allis Milwaukee what u was informed. He seemed shocked that I called. But anyway, he told me to come back in a get a new code just to be told again during check I needed to call Why Not Lease again. They couldnt tell me what the problem was and to email them and someone would get back to me. Done so 3 times and still no response. They are garbage. People spend your money else where to those that can answer a simple questions.
