I ordered 3 pairs of boots Nov 11,2013. Did not get a confirmation email or tracking number. Checked the site often to see if my order was updated but it only sAid completed. Checked my credit card and was billed $305.51 from (interesting online store) my bill total on the site was only $295.91. So I was already over charged. Then a day after Christmas the mail lady came to give me my package but said I needed to pay $101.00 to receive it! Not knowing what the charge was for or where the package was from. There is no reference to sheepskin love on the package at all. But it came from ems.com. So I did not take my package. She have me the postal slip with a article number on it and I noticed the package said shoes. So I looked up the site read my order in RSS feed and found out it was my shoes from sheepskinlove.com so I contacted them and they said my bank charged a handling fee and also being charged a floating exchange rate fee. This is totally unacceptable. We as consumers should be notified of this prior to purchase not after all is said and done and we get the surprise to pay upon delivery. I did not accept my package and will not. This is ridiculous and unfair. I will expect a full refund from what was taken from me. $406.51. Do not buy from them.
