I order a pair of Bailey Uggs for my daughter for Christmas. $98.97 was the purchase price. The order took close to a month to receive when it said 7-10 shopping days. We did not get them before Christmas. She wore them for 2 hrs and the stitching came apart and now can not wear them. I have emailed them and they responded an asked for a picture. I sent one and now have not heard from them for a week. I asked for a refund or a new pair if boots and have heard nothing.
