I ordered a trial of the face cream and eye cream with the understanding that my card would be charged a few dollars and I had a 15 say trial period to evaluate the product whereupon I could cancel further deliveries.
The problem is the product arrived 2 days before the expiration of the 15 days so how was I to evaluate it in 1 day.
Called customer service three times and was on hold for about 30 minutes each time so I gave up.
I then emailed the company to advise them not to ship any more to me and not charge my card for any more product.
On Dec. 18 I noticed two charges for about $98 each.
Tried calling customer service again and was on hold, no on answering.
The next day I contacted Bank Of America and filed a fraud complaint. While I was on the phone with the BOA rep he called the company and low and behold they answered. They said if I sent the product back they would refund my fees.
The BOA rep looked at their website and found there was no mention of returning the product and reversed the fees for me.
This company is a scam and I would suggest you do not do business with it. My problem was resolved by the bank.
