On 12/06/13 I ordered, and paid in full for two (2) iRola Tablets through NoMoreRack's website. I only received one. I have tried every avenue given to me possible to resolve this issue and make it right. Phone calls, emails, Facebook. All to no avail. I have followed their customercare instructions for days now and have not been helped at all. I have not once spoken to a live person except on FB where I have now been blocked. They have taken my money, yet not delivered on their promise, and have essentially committed credit card, and mail fraud. All of which I have now filed complaints with through the appropriate channels. This is a very bad business who cares nothing for helping people or doing what they promise!
Update: 12/23/2013
Issue was resolved. If I could delete this I would, but I do not see and option to do so.
