Tri County installed $2,200 worth of gutters and downspouts on my home 10/18/2013. Had a hard rain the following week and had a number of gutters overflow. Called the salesman Kairm at least 5 times before he responded. After another 4-5 calls he agreed to come out and look at the problem. He agreed that we needed more downspouts. After walking my property he felt that I needed 5 additional down spouts. He told me that it would be an additional $150.00. I felt it was fair and agreed to the price that I have in writing on 11/30/2013. He told me he would be back the following g week. After 3different no show appointments I called the office. I asked for the owner and was told he was out of the country for 2weeks. The manager told me why don't I just get someone else to fix the job. Please don't fall for the cheap quote, you will get cheap work. They obviously under cut the competition by not giving a complete job. They also don't use corners they just cut the angle and screw it together. Very inferior work.
