Got an estimate to install gutters on the side of my house and fix a gutter in the back. I was told I would get a call by 8 am the morning of install to inform me of the time they would be coming. I got no call till after 12pm at which time he told me I didn't need to be home. Big mistake. He installed the wrong side! It took till Monday to speak with someone and they assured me that July 5th they would fix it! Nope, wrong again. They never showed! Paid $210 cash.
