International boundaries
on the 19th, 24th of November and the10th December 2013 I ordered samples from natural Skin and Advanced Facial products, which according to their advertisement were free apart from postage charges. I have today received my credit card statement to discover that I have, indeed been charged the postage PLUS the sums of £89 ref 020 3356 6290 GBR and £95 under the same reference, the first amount on December 3rd the second on December the 9th. After making the order, I discovered the bad comments and immediately e mailed my cancellation. Apparently this firm makes a habit of this, which in my book amounts to misrepresentation and theft

I accidentally entered the amount that I am out o f pocket as 184 English pounds, which, I believe is approximately 300 dollars. Apologies
