As per two different supervisors that I have spoken with they have told me that my product is in transit and yet 1 month later I still don't have a product. One supervisor ask me to call back two weeks later because my product is in transit. I call two later and product is still in transit. They asked me to call my local post office and check to see if they are not holding my product. Checked with local post office and product as per the shipping label is still sitting in Martinez, GA. Since I waited to the two weeks the order and charged was finalized and processed and now they can not offer me a refund. When I mentioned that I would get my attorney's involved they offered me 15% of the $89 which was only $13.50 of a refund for a product that I still don't have in my hands, but the product is in transit. I can keep the product when I receive it. For those looking for the Company information it is as follows:
