Bob Offutt was made aware of the bed bug infestation in our rooms but closed the office door and would not come out. My youngest daughter had to be hospitalized due to severe bed bug bites.Avoid this bed and breakfast.

This is a complete scam.
Here is the first email I received

I replied. yes!
My name is Jack Vale. I am the owner of Sham Scam (http://www.shamscam.com/). A competitor of yours (identifiable by their email address) has submitted a negative review about your organization to be posted on my site. I serve as a negotiator between you and the competitor.
By hiring me to mediate (recommended), I will contact the writer immediately and convince him to cease and desist writing any further reviews about your business, anywhere from this date forward. I can block him from posting any reviews as well if you want.
I do not wish to see your reputation damaged by a few bad reviews on page 1 of Google search results. All guests looking for reviews of your business prior to booking will see this. People have come to rely on what they read from doing Google searches.
Please let me know how we can work together. I will contact you again once the reviews are published anyway if I don’t hear from you first. Once published, reviews CANNOT be deleted and it is possible the reviews will automatically be replicated on various other websites as well. Thank you.
