I too ordered the "Risk Free" trial of the Splendera and Natural Cleanse in November just to try it. According to the person that I finally got to talk to at the company (after several e-mails back and forth} I should have received an e-mail the day before to tell me they were going to charge my account for the full amount. I never received a warning. But she did Assure me that there would be no further charges since I cancelled!
