i ordered a trial product of lift serum pro in october....it duly arrived followed by another one in november. I sent an e-mail to their customer services requesting they cancel my order and refund my account. Another one arrived today, which I do not want and so far my account has been debited to the sum of £168 in total. I did read the terms and conditions and it stated clearly I could cancel my order at anytime. this request has been ignored and I am very angry.
