Hi, I spoke to a sales co sultan at IXP visas South Africa who spinned a fairy take and guaranteed that I will get a visa for myself and my husband and we paid a deposit, after the deposit was paid we were put into another consultant who said a totally different story, which made me suspicious so I asked for a refund on my huge deposit, I was ignored, the initial consultant became harsh and rude and all attempts have failed! Please assist!!

Hi
I have contacted the case manager who for over a month now is promising me my deposit back and took my account no but till to date not a cent received! IXP is a huge scam!!!! False promises and lies!!!! -
