Placed Christmas gift order on 12/10 per the site's promise to "under-promise and over-deliver" and fact that all orders placed on 12/9 were guaranteed for delivery. Would one day make a difference? Apparently it does. Been 6 days and my package still has not shipped. Why? Is it not in stock? Under-staffed? Ridiculous! Would have received it already if they shipped like every other company. Have already received items from other online companies that I ordered from AFTER the 10th! Their chat feature is disabled and you cannot call them as you get a recorded message saying how busy they are. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! NEED HELP RESOLVING THIS!!! I JUST WANT MY ITEM SHIPPED ASAP AND TO GET IT !!!BEFORE!!! CHRISTMAS!
