I purchased 4 items from this company in 11/29/13 two shipments were made one with one item and the other they listed 3 items and only 1 item was inside the package. I have written 5 emails to different people from this company. Prince P. the worse of them keeps responding back with tracking link to the last shipment with only 1 of the 3 items inside. The cost is low for the loss but the idea that they could drop 50% of an order and clam it's been shipped and their response has been one of the poorest excuses for an online retailer I have ever seen in my 13 years of shopping online.

After posting a dispute on BuySAFE.com, NoMoreRack.com has credited my account for the full amount of the non-delivered items.
