I ordered from nomorerack.com on 12/3/2013. On 12/7/2013 I recebed an email that my order was shipped. When u click to track my package it says the usps has received an electronic notification of a package and that's it. I contacted no more rack on 12/13 by email because of course there phone lines are off due to the busy holiday season. They responded with its busy and I am guaranteed to get my package by christmas eve. I emailed them again 12/13 because I was not satisfied with that response and I received a totally different response. They said there was a problem with my order and they were escalating my issue, they would notify me when they had an answer. I want my product. I am sick of getting the run around. They already took the money out of my account and conveniently there's a problem with my order now but there wasn't one yesterday when I spoke to them. Alls I want is the tablet I ordered.
