Watching tracking info on my items deliver my package to New Jersey today. They only insured my $256 worth of items for $100 and I have not received the items. Usps verifies that my tracking number was delivered to an address in New Jersey today. The shipping address the items were ordered with is in Iowa. the companys phone system is nothing more than an answering machine that tells one to email them, then hangs up on one. No replies to emails, just automated reply that the company has received complaint. Worst experience ever.
