I ordered a trial run of garcinia cambogia for $4.95 on November 2nd. I received a call from buyhlper.com later that day explaining my options of what I could purchase. I explained I did not want to be charged for anything and to cancel my trial run. My bank account was then charged for $159.00 on November 8th. I called the company and demanded my money back. They said to return the product when I received my product because it was already in route. The package was delivered to my billing address not my shipping address on November 12. I had to wait until the weekend to drive 2 hours to retrieve the package and shipped it back on November 19th. I waited 5-7 days and called back because I had not received my money. They said they had not received the product and to call in 3 days. I then called again and gave them the tracking number and the company refused to give my money back because they claim the product was not received within 14 days. I had only planned to pay $4.95 and was not given the trial run, but charged $159.00 for several bottles. The package was unopened and given back within a timely manner.
