Updating my last report - I was told that if I sent back the product within 14 days after I received it I would get a refund of $149.00. I was even given an RA # to put on the package when I returned it. I ordered the product on Jan 19, 2014. I did not receive it until Feb 5. I returned it on 2-8 and they received it on 2-10-2014 because I had a tracking # from the post office and I know when it was delivered. I called them today wondering where my refund was. They told me that because I had not returned the product within 14 days from the time I ordered I will not receive my refund. I asked how could I have returned it in 14 days when I did not even receive it until 17 days after I ordered it. I said I was told that if I returned it within 14 days after I received it I would get the refund. The person said that is not true and I will not get my refund. This company is nothing but crooks who take your money and lie about everything. Do not order this product on line or over the phone - you will be charged a huge amount of money because even their advertising is a lie. Get the product for $2.95 - not gonna happen. Be ware!!!!!
