I ordered a Microsoft xbox 360 1 year Gold Membership which includes a chatpad and a headset. They claim to ship between 5-10 days. It has been 11 days and the website claims that it is waiting for shipment. The contact us link does not work, nor do any of the other links. I checked my Paypal and the Recipient is Tung Nguyen. I am severely pissed off about this and am currently on the phone with Paypal filing a dispute, although the money is already long gone.
