I purchased, on two seperate occassions, a pair of UGG boots from what looked like a legitimate site offering discounts. I paid for the first pair with a debit card and the second with a credit card. No acknowledgment was received for either and there is no way to contact the company. I have cancelled both cards and will hopefully get a refund from the CC if no goods arrive within 14 days but looks like I have lost the money for the pair paid for by Debit Card - where do I go from here
