A representative with a distinct foreign accent, introduced himself by a name of another national descent. He tried to convince me that for only 3.87, they would set up an automatic deposit account where I could receive a private/federal grant, huge sums, that would not have to be paid back; no strings attached. Investigating the company, I learned that a monthly charge of 59.95 will be payable after an eleven-day trial period. Donors' name are undisclosed, and no information can be mailed until we establish the account...
