Lack of knowledge and it seems they are dragging out time to earn more money. I was misled to believe the question was asked to a specialist employed in the company where the unit was purchased. Instead there is a mail address that believe they can answer any question by contacting other experts. So can I. They ask if I still want the question to be responded to and tell me they will contact a specialist if required.
