The date was 11/29/2013 when I purchased the product and the same day I called to cancel it, received a confirmation # and everything. When I called to cancel no one told me to log on the website within 3days of purchase in order to get a refund. I called 888-228-5556 and 866-622-2769 one person told me to expect my refund within 5 to 10 business days and another person told me I wasn't getting a refund. There was nothing sent to my email regarding the product (I checked spam and all), or there's was no website. There should be some way for me to get my money back. If this is constantly happening, why haven't this company been shut down? Something need to happen regarding this company. It's rip off!!!!

The same thing happened with me on the 27th november 2013, please keep me posted on what is the status??? I have already filed a dispute with my credit card company!!!

I have a habit of reading the small/fine print of every option or deal I see as to good to be true. From what I read, there is no refund. This is what it states "
*This product is strictly for customers over the age of 18. A valid credit card acts as verification of this criteria. This product is 100% Risk-Free to try! Enroll today and your card will have a pre-authorization hold for your full conversion price to verify your card. This is only an authorization to your credit card. You have been given a three day trial period from your authorization date, at the end of this period unless you cancel the program the full amount of $159.00 will be settled to the card you signed up with. This fee is non-refundable. There are no further charges. You may cancel at anytime by visiting the support section of our product."
as you can see, it does say non-refundable. I hope you are able to get your money back but I hope this is a lesson learned. Read the fine print, dont just clik on the accept button on terms and conditions. -

- I call them every day its a total scam I've been waiting on mu refund too. It started with hem telling me i should recive my refund in 5-10 business days. Twice when i called that's what they said. I called today 12/28/2013 now it a couple of days. I will keep you posted if i receive a refund but i do believe we want get our money.
