I notice my visa card was short $80 so I called to see why because I hadn't took any money of of it and that is when the visa company told me a company so called Prime Auction Planner took $79 I told the card company I didn't know who Prime Auction Planner was and I most certainly didn't give permission to take any money the credit card company gave me Prime Auction Planner number I called them on 2/27/14 and I spoke to someone named Mel the person sounded like a woman I explained the situation and asked Mel why did they STEAL MY MONEY Mel tried to convince me that I purchased some kit from them but when I told her that's not true And she's was a lie I also asked her if I purchased some kit why dont I have the kit I also told her that when people purchase things online you receive some type of invoice I've never received an invoice because I never purchased ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE I Said I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND SHE TOLD ME THERE'S NO REFUNDS BUT I DNT UNDERSTAND IT ISN'T A REFUND BECAUSE I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM THT THEY JUST STOLE MY MONEY AND I WANT IT BACK
