I ordered free trial on Dec 3, just as a trial. I read the fine print which indicated that they have an automated billing process so on Dec 4 I wrote an e-mail cancelling the subscription, indicating I only want the trial. I got an e-mail saying they would respond within 24 hours but if I had immediate concerns to call them. when I did the automated greeting said to check their privacy policy online; I did but it is under construction. I called their 1-888 number this morning (Dec 9). After 4 tries I did get a real live person on the phone who said they were having system difficulties and they would call back tomorrow. I said if they didn't I would call VISA. The website is GarciniaCambogiaRiskFree.com. Sounding and smelling fishier by the day.
