I got billed for a bottle, I realized it when it came in the mail.
I left the package unoped and called the company from the billing.
I told them I wanted to return it, I would even pay for the shipping, I let them know that it was unopened.
They refused and would not let me talk to a supervisor even though I kept asking.
I saw the billing on my statement#FENWICGRP8442181219. There should be no reason they will not return an unoped package within 30 days!
