I ordered a set of sheets. About 5 days later I finally got a UPS tracking number. Item was to arrive on Dec 6. When it didn't arrive, even waiting until well after normal delivery time (it is that time of year) I checked on UPS again and see that the link had been updated to "A shipping label has been generated, as soon as we have the package..." I contact Nomorerack.com and ask them why they are putting in false shipping information and when will I receive my item. I tell them that if they do not have the item, simply cancel out my order and I will go elsewhere. This is supposed to be a Christmas gift. I have a multitude of emails between myself and Nomorerack.com In short, they refuse to refund my money, I am to wait to as late as the 21st to hear from the vendor when I MAY EXPECT to receive the item. SiteJabber.com has numerous similar complaints concerning this company. When I go to the "trusted google partner" Google's shipping link shows it was delivered on Dec 6... only problem it was to "Hiram, GA" (I don't live anywhere close to Hiram, GA) Meantime as currently as 1/2 hour ago Nomorerack said they don't know when the item will actually ship and closed my file. They may have closed it, but I certainly haven't.
