Complaint 2917 Details

I haven't gotten my order yet since i placed my order on the 23rd of June. The lady that I placed my order promised me that I will get mine before July 4th and TV offers 5-7 business days auto delivery (which is about right)...
I received an email on June 30th saying that I wont get mine till July 12th...
I called customer service to cancel my order and spoke with one of them, and said she can't do anything about it since it has already been shipped, I can return the items the moment I received them, send it back to them but I have to pay for the UPS, and that S&H is non refundable which already costs me almost $26.00...
I am mad and their service is so bad, they're unorganized and the customer representative that I talked with right now don't know anything about customer service --- wasn't even listening she was also talking while I was trying to explain myself...
To all women out there who are planning on buying make sure that you get your orders on time, don't be fooled with what they're saying especially their promised auto delivery...
I have been shopping on TV for the past 9 years and this is the first time that I have been screwed...
For me its a scam because they promise us something they won't do just to get money from us...I mean don't you think that S&H is too high? I bet they received a lot of returns already but the company doesn't care? they already have our $25.98 which they are making money from....
