When on there site it had $99.62 with a red line over it, under it saying "Limited Trial Promotion". Today's Total said $1.00 (Age Verification Check).
I remember it took me to another screen asking for some kind of add-on to it for different price but I didn't do it because I was strapped for money so I just skipped it.
Then it took me to the Summary of Purchase where it said Product Details of "Cash Flow Kit Membership" for $0.00, Price $0.00, Discount $0.00, and Total $0.00 with the date of 11/25/13 in date field and my mastercard in box.
I called on 11/25/13 @ 11:45 AM where support said it is $1 for a 2 day trial (didn't see that anywhere on site) then it's $79 after that. Told me they will refund me the $79 which will take 7-10 business days. Also after my request they advised they will close my account.
I called on 11/29/13 @ 8:30 AM, John answered
and said that my account was sent to refund department and it should be processed 3-5 business days
I called on 12/6/13 @ 8:32 AM, Denise answered
and said that it's still in process. It takes 3-5 business for billing delay then a total of 5-10 to be posted.
Long story short, by this time I'm frustrated simply because I heard three different dates (1.) 7-10 (2.) 3-5 (3.) 3-5 then 5-10. I called my mastercard company and filed a dispute.
This is ridiculous. This is 2013 (almost 2014)- it shouldn't take 15 days to get a refund. It simply sounds like a scam and everyone needs to be careful with this company!
