I ordered the 10 day "free trial" which took almost 5 days to receive arrive. On the 10th day I called to cancel trial stating I did not want to be charged for the trials and customer service rep assured that I would not be charged and it was canceled. I asked her again if there was anything else I needed to do on my end to ensure that I don't get any charges for this trial and was again assured there would be no charge and nothing further was needed. A couple of days later I called back to TRIPLE CHECK that I was not charged and there was nothing else I needed to do to prevent any charge and they again ASSURED there was no charge and there was nothing else needed. (After calling 2x and given confirmation 3x that this wouldn't happen I thought for sure I was clear.) A month later I receive my bank statement and see the charge for $87.47 from them the day before I called the first time to cancel! I call them and am told it's past the 30 days after trial for refund and not eligible to request a refund. After telling them that I did call twice during those 30 days and assured there was no charge and nothing else needed to be done, they now say there is nothing they can do at this time. SO THEY LIE TO YOU REPEATEDLY DURING THE TIME YOU ARE GIVEN AND AFTER THAT SAY ITS TOO LATE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. TOTAL COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!! LIARS. No matter what you do, you WILL get ROBBED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
