My partner bought what was billed as a "free" trial which only required £4.95 P&P. They charged £153 and sent 3 bottles. We queried this and were informed that we could send the product back and get a full refund (minus a small admin fee). They now claim that they never received the product (despite us having proof of posting) and that they have no obligation to help us further. On top of this their call handlers are rude, evasive and clearly briefed to make it as hard as possible to make a successful complaint. They now refuse to engage with us in any way. Those who are based in the UK and paid by credit card may have a possible course for recovery of their money under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act. Contact your card provider and inform them that you wish to make a claim under s75 of the Act. The card issuer is responsible for paying you the money and it is then up to them to chase the company further if they wish to reclaim that money from them.
