Apparently I have been the subject of a Scam. I was put in contact with Financial Foundations for a Grant Loan to help start up my Business. I dealt with an individual named Jack McRay. This person said that his Grant Writer a Mrs. Candy Benson would write the Grant at an initial fee of $468.00. The there were two additional charges of $250.00 each to this same Candy Benson. After being led to believe that this was coming to fruition, a last minute charge of $195.00 was made out to Carlos Headley because Ms. Benson was out on Maternity leave. Once your money is acquired you never here from him again.
