I ordered two perfumes and they sent counterfeit products. I tried calling and the recording said to email. I emailed and requested a prepaid shipping label to return their fraudulent product. They said I could return it, but I would have to pay to return it.( and pay to restock it according to their terms). They are selling fake perfume. I am entitled to a full refund or the real product and I'm not paying to ship the fake stuff back.
