Ordered a really pretty blouse online from Figuresque.com - or at least it looks pretty online. If I ever get it I may be able to see for myself. Ordered 11/13/2013. Got my order number confirmation right away and nothing since. No tracking number. Paid for express shipping. Contacted their customer service by email from their website on 11/22/2013 requesting status. I provided the order # with original contact, yet in the reply, they asked for my order #. So I provided it, along with my full name, address and email. Never got a reply. Called 11/26/13 & got answering machine. Left a message. Sent another email 11/28/13 again requesting status. I just moved and have forwarded my mail and I stressed that with these people with each email and phone call. As of Dec 3, 2013 they have not replied to my email request for status of order. I telephoned company again 11/30/13 & 12/02/13 and have yet to receive a response.
I am contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint.
