I placed an order on 10th April REF FIGURESQUE 8888350732 PA - I have been in touch with them 3 times since placing the order and have still not received it.
I got in touch with them a couple of weeks after the order, as they had upgraded their site, I could not log on with previous email address and password so could not track my order information.

They sent me one reply email and said we have just upgraded our site your order will be shipped shortly.

I have been in contact twice since then and no response. I tried calling the number listed on this site but no response.

I spent 207.04 AUSTRALIAN dollars on an order, plus a international transaction fee of 6.22$. I am unsure what to do next to either get my money back or get the products i paid for. Please help!
