all i did was fill out a servay by your company and at the end it asks if I wanted to choose one of three items for free for doing the servay i picked ipod shuffle for free just 3.00 shipping
i didn't know i was opening an account and was
going to be charged 49.99 per month which by the way is the same amount of free ipod shuffle which i never got so I was charged again in November for 49.99 I never asked for an account
i do not what an account and when I asked about these charges all i got was my account is closed you can tell by my account i have never signed in, I should not be charged for
opening an account that I never opened, how do I get my money back? thank you (Personal Information Removed)
