LESSON LEARNED~NEVER TRUST ANYONE/THING without PRIOR EXTENSIVE RESEARCH! :(
I read the fine print on EVERYthing cause if I/you DON'T, I'm/you're basically asking to get screwed even though you KNOW you won't enjoy ONE second of it!!
This place has adorable selections which is why I was so hesitant to order (like I need a NEW place to become addicted to) as you HAVE to SIGN up and I don't sign UP for ANYthing because canceling is such a PITA.
FREE shipping on ALL orders OVER $39.00 which is PERfectly designed to suck the SUCKer, (me/you) into their website of deception!
The step over and beYOND is what sold me after thinking and hemming and hawing for LITerally 8 hours (and that was withOUT the hours whittling my selection down to TWO)which was the fact that reTURNS for CREDIT or EXCHANGES were FREE.
And who CAN'T cough up the money they ask for restocking even though THAT'S a bunch of BS marketing ploy crap too.
REALLY~Do Librarians get PAID that X-TRA amount to put returns BACK alphabetically?
The ONLY part of blame that I will take is the fact that I STUPIDly ordered a pair of black winter boots as that was the ONLY color I don't have....until, of course, pressing SUBMIT ORDER was pressed and I SAW a BRAND NEW PAIR if BLACK WINTER BOOTS behind door #3.
I checked out EVERYthing on the boots I ordered making SURE they were a good deal as they SEEMED to be to me and not cheaper somewhere else.
ALSO, I of COURSE, read all the reviews and I found it COMforting to read that basically, 97% of the reviews were positive as far as the look, the feel and MOST importantly....the TRUE TO SIZE statements.
That's always the clincher associated with online shopping as size 13 in SOME places are actually size 3 and visa-versa.
I knew from the minute I saw my black boots that at least ONE pair was going back.
I actually talked myself into sending BOTH pair back.
I mean REALLY....how many pair of WINTER boots does ONE need when they go from an indoor parking structure to another and that's about IT for THIS girl and her nasty WI COLD.

NOW...to my POINT which is....WHERE IN THE HECK DID IT SAY THAT BOGO WAS A "SPECIAL" AND THAT "SPECIALS" ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
(Yes, I'd LOVE it if someone could answer that for me as I am not planning on spending another minute of my time on that site except to call/write/bitch to them.)

Well, I guess that last paragraph is all anyone needs to read to keep them from getting ripped off...the rest was a much needed VENT, thank you very much to whoever has allowed me to do that.

I DO, however, have ONE MORE THING to say that I find bizarre which is a MILD descriptive word to use but I'm so BAFFLED by it, I don't want to check into that right now EITHER and that IS.....
I read the WHOLE return slip that came with my boots in case I wanted to waste some MORE time, and on the bottom right corner, there is a statement that says~
"California Proposition 65 Warning~~Warning:This product Contains Chemicals Known To The State Of California To Cause Cancer or Birth Defects or Other Reproductive Harm"
(Inappropriate Content Removed)
Something ELSE I need to waste my time doing is Googling THAT statement.
I'm over the TOP curious as to whether or not these products can even be sold/shipped/owned in the State of California??

I suppose if I wasn't so full of RANT, I would've looked those questions up PRIOR to this complaint.
