I signed up for a trial paid one of shipping fee £4.95 each .on 26 th nov two transactions I did not authorize where taken on phoning my bank I was told there was nothing they could do as the companies terms and conditions state that it was a 14 day trial and I had to cancel ( terms and conditions were not bail able at time of sale) I have looked on full website address given to me by my bank to find that it states after 30 days of my initial order they will take the money this is not the case as I ordered products on 11th November and the money was taken on 26th and now I'm out of pocket just before Christmas.
