Ordered a bolero for my wedding. The quality was extremely poor and at least 2 inches too small. They agreed to refund me the money + cost of return shipping, but I never received it and they refused to respond to my messages after acknowledging that they received the bolero back. DhGate.com (China's version of Ebay that hosted babyonline's store) gave me the runaround, too. Arrrgh... so frustrating!! Will never shop from babyonline or dhgate again.
