I ordered an Antec P.C. power supply which their site said was in stock and usually ships in 4 to 6 business days. After more than 6 business days there was no indication from them that the part had been shipped. I called and left several messages and sent several e-mails to inquire about the status of the part. They didn't even have the common courtesy to answer my calls or e-mails over a period of 30 days.
They know that the FED requires that they ship the merchandise winthin 30 days or refund the charges. On day 31 I got no less than 7 emails saying the part was not in stock and they would return the funds to my credit card account. Yet their web site still says the part is in stock and still ships in 6 business days.
So, if you like being treated badly, these people are experts at it. My advise to you is not to order anything from them.
