They've been charging me for a "service" to repair my electronics items. Never heard of them, never signed up, but-- They had my debit card info though! Somehow they got a hold of my card#, a signature, and an authorization! Talked to them on the phone for over 30 mins. Couldn't get the snotty little girl to hand me over to her supervisor. After making a threat of fraud, I finally talked to the head honcho and they still didn't want to refund all of my money, so one last major threat and she finally gave in. Said that they'd refund it all back within 5-7 working days. I used to work in one of those outbound telemarketer sweatshops, so I knew all of their dirty tactics! We'll see if they actually refund my money back... Can't believe they're still in business.
