I am a previous employee of Techzilla. They are not apple, Dell, or any technical manufactor. They hired me along with many other real technicians. We quit when we realized what Techzilla (MyTechHelp, Saveology) were doing to customers. They use google pay-per-click to get their site to appear on first line when yoy type in tech support. Check your manufactor warranty on your devices before you pay outrageous prices for tech support, you may still be covered.
