I ordered Rasberry Ketone through the facebook offer. All together it was £123.95, it stated that once the product was recieved a mail in rebate needed to be sent. This would refund your account £119. I placed my order on the 12th of September and the money was taken out of my account on the 13th of September. By the 8th of October I had not recieved the product, I rang the customer service number in the States on 1-800-727-1796. I spoke to a gentleman who informed me they had the incorrect postcode for my address. This was changed, he then attempted to refund me over the phone but the system was down. He assured me when I recieved the product I would be able to send the rebate in and get my refund. At this time I have the product but there is no rebate for me to mail in. I telephoned the company again and they gave me a UK number to call, which no one is answering.
