My husband ordered a free trial of Hyperfuel 9x and Elevate supplements. He had to pay shipping. However, on the 11th day after ordering the company charged 87.47 to our account. No where when ordering did we see that he had to call to cancel or do anything else. I spoke to the 1-800 customer service and they told me that the free trial was a 10 day trial and he had to cancel, the first day was the day he ordered the free trial. We feel this is a scam. However, they said they were refunding the money. Will follow up on whether they do or not. I cancelled the other product so there would not be a repeat of this.
