I requested a free trial offer (2.99) for ageing cream on 26.10.2013 . on 12.11.13 this company removed £90 from my account, I telephone Calefornia they advised me I should have returned goods or cancelled three days ago 11.11.13.
He has closed my account telling me i am no longer a customer , advised me to contact customer services quoting tele no as RVTL UK 02030140761. This put me back to the same call centre not UK. Same info no refund. Sent e-mail to customer services - no acknowledgment so far. please help
