The biggest bunch of rip-off artists! I ordered a "risk-free trial" sample (15ml) of their Instant Lift and paid NZD3.95 for postage on 17 Jan 2014 only to find they charged my creditcard AUD3.95! The item arrived 10 days later from Australia without any paperwork, then my creditcard was charged another AUD98.95 on 9 Feb! When I called the company on the NZ tollfree number listed on the payment verification they emailed to me to "congratulate" me on my "purchase" (hahaha) to query the extra charge, the woman told me the product I received was full sized (hahaha) and I needed to contact them within 14-days if I wanted to cancel my order. Fat chance I had of doing that when I was given NO information about their cancellation policy. Best thing to do is cancel the creditcard so they can't take any more unauthorised payments!
