I booked this thinking we had a lot of options and flexibility and was told it could be refunded if we changed our mind. I called back and was treated horrendously by a nasty girl who told me to read what I had signed except that I hadn't signed anything and there is NOTHING in the email saying it is non-refundable. She refused to put me through to a supervisor and told me she had listened to me enough.
